Brig. Gen. Giovanni T. Franza, General Officer-In-Charge of 11th Infantry "Alakdan" Division graced the 43rd Founding Anniversary of the Municipality of Panglima Estino anchored with a theme "Breaking Through @43: A Progressive and Resilient Panglima Estino, Celebrating Heritage, Attaining Standards, and Taking the Lead" held at Municipal Stage, Punay, Poblacion, Panglima Estino, Sulu on January 2, 2024.
Among the highlights of the event was the Inauguration and Ribbon-Cutting of the Municipal Hall officiated by Sulu Governor, Hon. Abdusakur M. Tan and Engr. Almakram Arbison, representative of the Vice Mayor of Luuk.
Meanwhile, Brig. Gen. Franza conveyed the message of Maj. Gen. Ignatius N. Patrimonio, Commander of 11ID and JTF Orion saying, "Sa paglipas ng panahon, napatunayan ninyo na ang inyong pagkakaisa at pagmamahal sa kapwa ang naging susi sa lahat ng tagumpay na nakamit ng Panglima Estino. Ako'y taos pusong nagpapasalamat sa inyong suporta at pakikiisa sa amin. Let us renew our commitment to transparency, inclusivity, and sustainable development in the province of Sulu."
Present during the event was Hon. Abdusakur "Totoh" Tan II, Vice Governor of Sulu; Hon. Morsid Estino, Vice Mayor of Panglima Estino; Police Col. Narciso Paragas, Provincial Director Sulu-PPO; Col.
