Camp Bautista, Jolo, Sulu - January 10, 2024
Ret. Brig. Gen. Cheston D. Valencerina, Vice Chairman of Armed Forces and Police Savings and Loans Association Inc. visited the 11th Infantry "Alakdan" Division at its headquarters in Camp Teodulfo Bautista, Jolo, Sulu on January 10, 2024.
Brig. Gen. Valencerina together with his staff was warmly welcomed by Maj. Gen. Ignatius N. Patrimonio, Commander of the 11th Infantry Division and Joint Task Force Orion.
During the meeting, Brig. Gen. Valencerina apprised Maj. Gen. Patrimonio with the current situation, initiatives, programs, and activities of the Armed Forces and Police Savings and Loans Association Inc. Furthermore, Brig. Gen. Valencerina formally visited the site where AFPSLAI Sulu Satellite Office will soon be established inside the camp.
Meanwhile, Maj. Gen. Patrimonio expressed his gratitude to the Vice Chairman for taking the time to visit the Alakdan Division. He also assured that the 11ID will continue to support the AFPSLAI's initiatives that aims to promote and provide financial institution for the troops.
Present during the visit were Col. Arnulfo B. Cereño, Acting Chief of Staff 11ID; Col. Samad R. Gayak Jr, Civil-Military Operations Officer; Col. Edward Cervantes, Group Commander of Tactical Operations Group Sulu-Tawi-Tawi; and other staff of JTF Orion.
