Camp Bautista, Jolo, Sulu - January 15, 2024
Mr. Reynor R. Imperial, Emergency Response Officer of the World Vision Development Foundation Inc. visited the 11th Infantry "Alakdan" Division at its headquarters in Camp Teodulfo Bautista, Jolo, Sulu on January 15, 2024.
Mr. Imperial together with his staff was warmly welcomed by Brig. Gen. Giovanni T. Franza, General Officer-In-Charge of the 11th Infantry Division.
During the meeting, Mr. Imperial apprised Brig. Gen. Franza with the current situation, initiatives, programs, and activities of the World Vision Development Foundation Inc. Likewise, Brig. Gen. Franza expressed his gratitude to Mr. Imperial for taking the time to visit and assured that 11ID will support the plans and programs of the WVDFI.
Present during the visit were Col. Samad R. Gayak Jr, Civil-Military Operations Officer; Lt. Col. Vicente B. Mabborang Jr, Operations Officer; and Lt. Col. Richard D. Agojo, Intelligence Officer.
The WVDFI aims to provide transformational development that is community-based and sustainable, focused especially on the needs of children and on emergency relief that assists people afflicted by conflict or disaster. They also capitalize the promotion of justice that seeks to change unjust structures affecting the poor among whom they work and form partnerships with churches to contribute to the spiritual and social transformation.
