TEAM PROVIDERS ENHANCE COMPETENCE ON ENGINE OVERHAULING
Skilled personnel are rare and unusual but if the initiative to learn is available everything is possible.
In this regard, about 02 0900H July 2019, the H7FSSU activated a weeklong in-house training on Engine Overhauling participated by twenty-seven (27) Enlisted Personnel students to enhance knowledge on automotive servicing and to discover potentials of the unit personnel through the initiative of LTC EDGAR C PAULE QMS (GSC) PA, Commanding Officer. This training will inculcate knowledge to the participating personnel through lecture and practical performance. This will be a supplementary to the unit Strategy Map Support Process which is to enhance efficiency on resource management and to continuously educate and develop character and competence of personnel. This will increase the capability of the unit on maintenance operations. This training will be a benefit to the unit’s performance to develop a reliable Combat Service Support capability which is the Strategic Focus of the 7FSSU STRATEGY MAP.
