SSTS Renews Partnership with TESDA-Tarlac
Camp Servillano Aquino, Tarlac City - The Service Support Training School, Army Support Command, Philippine Army renewed its partnership with Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) - Tarlac last May 2, 2022.
The program was spearheaded by LTC CLARENCE C GARRIDO QMS (GSC) PA, Commandant, SSTS, ASCOM, PA and Engineer John P Adawey, Provincial Director III, TESDA-Tarlac wherein both parties agreed to include TESDA courses such as Heavy Trucks Driver’s Training, Auto Electrical Wiring Training, Trainer Training Seminar and some basic livelihood seminars to SSTS Training Programs.
The partnership aims to develop the skills of ASCOM personnel by enhancing their technical knowledge and expertise through formal training and certification and promote equal opportunity in the achievement of new technical skills.
The Memorandum of Partnership ensures closer coordination between SSTS, ASCOM, PA and TESDA-Tarlac in the implementation and evaluation of the technical education and skills development program for ASCOM personnel.
