Ms. Alyza Dacquel is a Civilian Human Resource in the Philippine Army who works as a Nurse in Camp Melchor F Dela Cruz station Hospital, 5th Infantry Division in Gamu, Isabela. Despite having opportunities to work abroad or in other institutions in the country, she chooses to use her skills to serve those who serve.
Asked why she chose to serve in the Army than seek a greener pasture abroad, Alyza said, "Working as Civilian Human Resource in the Philippine Army for me means sharing a part of yourself to help the organization make a big impact through public service. I want to be part of an organization that has a clear view of what it wants for its future and allows you to grow not only as a professional in the field of service but also as a person."
