The SOF Talks — anchored on the theme "Forging Elite Forces for Enhanced Territorial Defense" — highlighted the Philippine Army’s shift of focus from addressing internal threats to territorial defense operations. The talks also tackled the Army’s vision to become a multi-domain capable ground force.
