The Commanding General Philippine Army Lt. Gen. Roy M. Galido hailed the outstanding Civilian Human Resource of the Philippine Army during the 124th Civil Service Anniversary "Araw ng Parangal at Pasasalamat" on September 18, 2024 at the Headquarters Philippine Army, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
Director IV Victoria Esber, the regional director of the Civil Service Commission-National Capital Region, graced the event and encouraged the attending personnel to keep their passion for serving the people. The Army Chief also reechoed the director's sentiments and assured the civilian employees that despite the difference in the uniforms they wear, they are both committed to serving the country.
The awarding ceremony honored the ten PA-CSC Outstanding Civ HRs 2024, three Outstanding Skilled Workers, and 16 Long Service Awardees. The former and current Philippine Army Civilian Personnel Association officers also received Special recognition during the event.
