COL FELIX LAUDEMER S KAHULUGAN JR (MNSA) PA was born on 27 January 1968 in Quezon City and a proud member of OCS Class of 1991. His first assignment was a Platoon Leader of Alpha Company, 41st Infantry Battalion, 5th Infantry Division, then he became the Company Commander of Bravo Company and Civil Military Operations Officer of said Battalion. Later, he was designated as Intelligence Officer of 501st Brigade, 5ID, PA. In 1997, he was reassigned to the Armor Aviation Battalion, Light Armor Brigade then became an Aviator then assumed various positions thereat such as Company Commander, HHCO, AABn; Training Officer, Flight Operations Officer, Operations Officer of AABn; He also holds various positions with the then Light Armor Brigade such as Commanding Officer of 15LAC; Acting Commanding Officer of 3LAB; Executive and Intelligence Officer of 4LAB; Executive Officer, 1MIB; Admin Officer, OG3; and Chief, Combat Research and Special Studies. He also assumed various positions with the Army Personnel Management Center (APMC) such as Career Adviser for Cavalry and Military Intelligence and Chief, Placement Branch, CMG. He was also designated as Executive Officer, 1Mech Bde of the then Mechanized Infantry Division; Commanding Officer, 2Mech Bn; AC of S for Intelligence, G2 and AC of S for Operations, G3 and Chief, GSMO, Armor Division, Philippine Army. Moreover, He also served as Deputy Provost Marshall Gen, Office of the Provost Marshal General, GHQ, AFP. He took various schoolings such as; Scout Ranger Orientation Course, Psyops Course, Basic Airbourne Course, Military Intelligence Course, Basic and Advance Armor Officer Courses, Aviator Course, UN Military Observer Course, ASEAN Defence Minister’s Meeting - Plus Expert’s Working Groups ON HADR Exercise. He finished his Command and General Staff Course on 2013 and Masters in National Security Administration on 2017. He is also a graduate of Strategic Business Economics Program at the University of Asia and the Pacific School of Management and Master in Public Management program Major in Development and Society at the Development Academy of the Philippines. COL KAHULUGAN JR is a recipient of various awards such as, Gold Cross Medals, Distinguished Service Stars Medal, Outstanding Achievement Medal, Silver Wing Medal, Bronze Cross Medals, Military Merit Medals, Combat Commander “Kagitingan Badge”, Gawad Sa Kaunlaran, Sagisag ng Ulirang Kawal, Military Commendations Medals, Wounded Personnel Medal, United Nations Medal, and many more. He is happily married to Maria Cecilia C Kahulugan and blessed with two (2) children namely, Kristine Klariette C Kahulugan and Josephus Laudemer C Kahulugan.
