CGPA to Pambato Troopers: Stay relevant and sustain Army’s combat power

Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Roy M. Galido tasked the Armor “Pambato” Division troopers to be relevant and sustain the Philippine Army's combat power during the unit's 48th founding anniversary celebration in Camp O’Donnell, Capas , Tarlac on June 15, 2024.

 

The Army Chief, in his keynote remarks, emphasized the importance of staying relevant as well as the proper sustainment of the Armor Division’s defense assets which are crucial in the Army’s shift to territorial defense operations. Lt. Gen. Galido also committed to implement policies that will help retain the division's highly skilled manpower that is tasked to maintain and operate the Army’s defense assets.

 

Lt. Gen. Galido also emphasized his guidance which is anchored on three principles: changing one’s mindset, changing one’s lifestyle, and changing the way of doing things for the betterment of the organization. The Armor Division’s 48th founding anniversary has the theme “Armor@48: Matatag na Pambato Troopers para sa Bagong Pilipinas.”
