FORT BONIFACIO, Taguig City - The Philippine Army joined the 4th Korean ASEAN+ International Forum (KAIF) on Logistics held in Daejon and Gyeryong City, South Korea on October 1 to 6, 2024.
Maj. Gen. Rogelio D. Ulanday, Commander of the Army Support Command, led the Philippine Army delegates during the activity. Participating countries included Poland, India, Australia, USA, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Turkiye, United Arab Emirates, Sri Lanka, Maldives, and ASEAN countries.
KAIF 2024 aimed to strengthen international cooperation on logistics between the participating countries. The forum also featured bilateral talks between the Republic of Korea Army and partner nations regarding the logistics sector. The Korean Army also held the Korea Army International Defense Exhibition and Korea-ASEAN Army Chiefs Conference along with KAIF 2024.
