FORT BONIFACIO, Taguig City - The Outgoing Naval Attaché of Thailand to the Philippines Capt. Pakpoom Muensri and Incoming Naval Attaché Capt. Warintorn Kumhong rendered a joint exit and introductory call on Army Chief Lt. Gen. Roy M. Galido at Headquarters Philippine Army, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City on October 7, 2024.
Lt. Gen. Galido extended his gratitude to Capt. Muensri for his dedicated service as Thailand’s Naval Attaché of Thailand to the Philippines. The Army Chief likewise congratulated Capt. Nirut Kumhong for his new designation.
The courtesy call gave an opportunity to discuss Philippine-Thailand defense cooperation and opportunities for expanded military engagements.
