Interested applicants may proceed to the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Personnel, G1 and must bring along with them the original copy of the following documents: Birth Certificate from Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) with official receipt; Form 137 of Transcript of Records; Diploma (High School or College); one (1) 2x2 picture with name tag and valid identification cards.
