The Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Romeo S. Brawner Jr. graced the 19th founding anniversary of the Army Personnel Management Center (APMC) at Headquarters Fort Bonifacio, Metro Manila on February 15, 2023.
Anchored on the theme, "Managing people, Sustaining the Army," the anniversary ceremony recognized the efforts of all the people behind the achievement of the APMC in personnel management. During the event, Lt. Gen. Brawner Jr presided over the pinning of the Proficient Status of the APMC which exhibited the outstanding performance of good governance. Together with the Army officers, CGPA also led the presentation of awards to the Army officers, enlisted personnel, civilian human resource and stakeholders.
The Army Chief commended the APMC’s prowess in recruiting and providing quality personnel for a capable ground force. “To team APMC, as you embark on another year of service, may it be incumbent upon you to look after the morale and welfare of our personnel in the service. As you sustain the Philippine Army’s personnel gains, you will enable our organization to transform and perform as a credible, responsive, and trustworthy Army of the Filipino people,” said the Army Chief.
