Team Army emerged as the Overall Champion in the Army-hosted Game of the Generals (GOG) at the Philippine Army Firing Range, Fort Bonifacio, Metro Manila on February 28, 2023.
Team Army, bannered by Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Romeo S. Brawner Jr., emerged as the Champion for Stages 1, 2, and 3 of the game. Team Philippine National Police and Team Navy placed first runner-up and second runner-up respectively. The activity is among the series of activities lined up in celebration of the Philippine Army’s 126th Founding Anniversary anchored on the theme “Army@126: Strong, United and Reliable."
Generals assigned at the Armed Forces of the Philippines' General Headquarters, Philippine Army, Philippine Air Force, Philippine Navy, Philippine National Police, and Philippine Coast Guard competed in this month's edition of the shoot fest.
Lt. Gen. Brawner Jr. said that the game aims not only to showcase shooting skills but also to display sportsmanship and foster camaraderie among the leaders of the military and law enforcement agencies.
