The Finance Center Philippine Army (FCPA) celebrated its 49th Founding Anniversary on March 17, 2023 at the Headquarters Philippine Army, Fort Bonifacio, Metro Manila.
The Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Romeo S. Brawner Jr. graced the celebration and witnessed the inauguration of the new FCPA Administrative Building. During the celebration, the Commanding General commended the unit for giving the highest priority to the morale and welfare of soldiers and the civilian workforce by ensuring the prompt settlement of their pay, allowances, and other collateral entitlements. He also acknowledged the unit's commitment to excellence as the first Army Major unit to receive the ISO 9001:2008 accreditation through the efforts of its personnel.
"To the men and women of the FCPA, I trust that you will continue to pursue service excellence in providing our personnel with the best financial services. I am confident that as you face another year of challenges, you will prevail over the daunting task of sustaining and maintaining the standard that the Finance Center has already achieved," said Lt. Gen. Brawner in his remarks.
