The Philippine Army, through the Office of the Army Gender and Development, concluded its Women's Month Celebration on March 29, 2023 at Loreland Farm Resort, Antipolo, Rizal.
Vice Commander Philippine Army Brig. Gen. Steve D. Crespillo graced the culmination of the 3-day activity where participants took part in a forum tackling important issues in the workplace and community. Cotabato Governor Hon. Emmylou Taliño-Mendoza also joined the celebration as the Guest of Honor and Speaker and extended her gratitude to the men and women in uniform for their service to the Filipino people.
During the activity, Hon. Taliño-Mendoza expressed her optimism for the future of the women of the Philippine Army and encouraged them to perform with excellence at all times. She also noted the organization's initiatives in gaining gender equality within the Command.
