The Philippine Army hosted the 4th Brunei-Philippines Army Working Group (BRUPHIL AWG) Meeting held at the Molave Hall, Dusit Thani, Makati City on May 3, 2023.
PA's Assistant Chief of Staff for Plans, G5, Col. Benjamin L. Leander and Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) Chief of Staff Lt. Col. Pengiran Mohamed Sufri Bin Pengiran Haji Rosli co-chaired the 4th BRUPHIL AWG. The working group evaluated activities for 2023 and deliberated proposals for 2024.
The PA and RBLF agreed to conduct eight bilateral activities and four courses for next year. Both heads of delegation looked forward to the successful execution of the scheduled bilateral engagements, as well as the 5th BRUPHIL AWG Meeting to be held in Brunei next year.
