Chief of Staff, U.S. Army honors fallen Filipino soldiers

The Chief of Staff, United States (U.S.) Army Gen. James C. McConville honored fallen Filipino soldiers in a wreath-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier (TUKS), Libingan ng mga Bayani, Fort Bonifacio, Metro Manila on May 10, 2023.
 
The Commanding General Philippine Army (CGPA) Lt . Gen. Romeo S. Brawner Jr. served as the military host for the U.S. Army Chief while the Security and Escort Battalion accorded ceremonial honors during the wreath-laying rites.
 
The ceremony is part of the series of activities lined up for the visit of Gen. McConville to the country wherein he also met with Department of National Defense Officer-in-Charge Senior Usec. Carlito G. Galvez Jr. and AFP Chief of Staff Gen Andres C. Centino.
