The Army Aviation "Hiraya" Regiment unveiled the newly constructed two-storey "Laguna Lake" Officer's Barracks as part of the celebration of its 4th Activation Anniversary at Aviation Regiment, Fort Magsaysay, Palayan City, Nueva Ecija on July 5, 2023.
The two-storey Officer's Barracks was unveiled through a ribbon-cutting and blessing ceremony, graced by Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Romeo S. Brawner Jr. The newly-established barracks is part of the Tatag ng Imprastraktura para sa Kapayapaan at Seguridad (TIKAS), a DND-DPWH convergence project on infrastructure. The TIKAS program reinforces the PA's base development thrust in line with its goal to become a world-class Army that is a source of national pride.
The Army chief commended the efforts of the Aviation Regiment in building the Officer's Barracks, which would enhance the morale and welfare of the officers and contribute to the organizational development of the regiment.
