Army bags 1st place in the Enlisted Personnel Male Category of Obstacle Course Race

The Philippine Army bagged the 1st place under the Enlisted Personnel All Male Category in the Philippine Uniformed Services' Obstacle Course Race, participated by various active uniformed personnel at General Headquarters, Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City on July 6, 2023.
 
The obstacle race was facilitated by the Office of the Chief Special Service, Armed Forces of the Philippines, in collaboration with the Pilipinas Obstacles Race Federation (POSF). The event was participated by the General Headquarters of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Philippine Army (PA), Philippine Navy (PN), Philippine Air Force (PAF), Philippine National Police (PNP), Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), and Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP).
 
The race includes the 400 Meter Team Assist composed of five members per team under Officers Mixed Category Open Rank, Enlisted Personnel All Male Category, and Enlisted Personnel All Female Category. Moreover, the Team Army also won 3rd place under the Enlisted Personnel All-Female Category of the race, making them the 2nd runner-up in the overall ranking.
 
Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Romeo S. Brawner Jr. lauded the remarkable achievement and displayed teamwork of the Army officers and enlisted personnel who demonstrated physical prowess and resilience in the Philippine Uniformed Services' Obstacle Course Race.
