Commandant of the PMA Cadet Corps renders exit call on CGPA

The Commandant of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Cadet Corps Armed Forces of the Philippines (CCAFP) Brig. Gen. Julius A. Tomines rendered an exit call on Commanding General, Philippine Army Lt. Gen. Romeo S. Brawner Jr. at Headquarters Philippine Army, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City on July 10, 2023.
 
Brig. Gen. Tomines was part of the Philippine Military Academy “Sambisig” Class of 1991 and the United States Military Academy Class of 1992. Prior to his designation as Commandant of CCAFP, Brig. Gen. Tomines was the Director of the Maneuver Center of the Training and Doctrine Command Philippine Army. He also held various key positions such as Chief of the Unified Command Staff of the Southern Luzon Command; Inspector General of the 4th Infantry “Diamond” Division; and Commanding Officer of the 2nd Special Forces Regiment Airborne of the Special Operations Command.
 
Lt. Gen. Brawner conveyed his gratitude to Brig. Gen. Tomines for his meaningful contributions to the PMA during his leadership. He commended Brig. Gen. Tomines for efficiently training the cadets and producing military officers that are always “field-ready.” The Army Chief also expressed his well-wishes for the future endeavors of the CCAFP Commandant.
