The Philippine Army through the Assistant Chief of Staff for Personnel held its 9th Civilian Leader’s Summit Conference with Army Chief of Staff Maj. Gen. Potenciano C. Camba at the Santos Room, Philippine Army Officers’ Club, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City on July 19, 2023.
This year’s summit is anchored on the theme “A Resilient Army: Honing a Strong, United, and Reliable Future Leaders and Human Resource Practitioners.” The conference delved on the strategic role of the PA leadership and human resource practitioners in building a strong human capital to overcome issues particularly on staffing.
The Army Chief of Staff Maj. Gen. Potenciano C. Camba highlighted the significant role of civilian personnel in the organization. "The Civilian Human Resource is a vital element in our pursuit of transformation towards a world-class army. They remain to be of service to us in ensuring the operational effectiveness of our forces," Maj. Gen. Camba said.
