The SMEE is a part of the PH-US Army to Army Training Activity “Salaknib” 2018 between the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) and the Philippine Army. This aims to enhance the knowledge and leadership and staff competencies of Philippine Army First Sergeants. #
