FORT BONIFACIO, Metro Manila – The Philippine Navy Vice Commander, Maj. Gen. Dante M. Hidalgo, paid a courtesy call to Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Gilbert I. Gapay today, March 10, 2020, at Army Headquarters. The visit aims to continuously strengthen the mutual ties between the Army and the Navy. Gapay and Hidalgo also exchanged ideas pertaining to cybersecurity as a critical part in forging military defense operations.#
