The Commander, 9th Infantry "Spear" Division hosted the traditional New Year's Call on January 18, 2024 at the Multi-Purpose Building. The event was attended by brigade commanders, general staff, battalion commanders, combat support unit commanders, combat service support unit commanders, and sergeant major.
A comprehensive Campaign Progress Review and Assessment (CPRA) immediately followed where the Division’s achievements were recognized and challenges were collectively analyzed. This set the stage for a Command Conference where directions were based for the year.
The integrated approach of the New Year’s Call, CPRA and Command Conference showcased the Spear Division’s commitment to unity, camaraderie and excellence.
Major General Adonis R. Bajao emphasized the Division’s commitment to collaborative leadership to finally end the insurgency in the region. “In service, unity is our greatest strength. Together, we forge a path of commitment and camaraderie, ensuring a resilient journey for the Spear Division,” MGen. Bajao added.
