Ms Ruth C Simbulan has been instrumental in the Regiment’s pursuit of the ISO 9001: 2015 certification. Well-experienced in systems and processes management, she acted as the adviser of the unit for the ISO, assisting in the creation of Regiment’s Quality Management System (QMS) and providing training for our personnel in this regard. As member of the capability enhancement committee, her recommendations on how to improve the systems and processes of the Regiment are highly valued.
