NPA Medical Officer arrested in Taguig City

 

CAMP CAPINPIN, Rizal- An NPA Medical Officer and Political Instructor were arrested by joint AFP and PNP forces in Taguig City on Monday, September 18, 2023.

 

Troops from the 203rd Infantry "Bantay Kapayapaan" Brigade, 2nd Infantry "Jungle Fighter" Division, Philippine Army, and MIMAROPA PNP conducted a law enforcement operation resulting in the arrest of Alias Yvonne/Sam/Yang at Central Signal Village, Taguig City. Alias Yvonne is an NPA medical officer and political instructor of Platoon 2, ISLACOM MINDORO of Sub Regional Military Area 4D of the Southern Tagalog Regional Party Committee. Alias Yvonne is a wanted NPA for 4 counts of murder, multiple counts of frustrated murder, and theft under criminal case numbers: R-6558, R-6546, R-6547, R-6548, Crim case no: P-7446 with a reward of Php 280,000.00 covered by Joint Orders on Reward under. Said NPA personality is currently detained at PNP Headquarters in Camp Crame, Quezon City.
