A Special Enlistment is a mode of becoming a soldier where some requirements are waived in consideration for skills that the organization needs. During the COVID 19 Pandemic, the Philippine Army has recruited through this mode Doctors, Nurses and other Medical Professionals. These new soldiers are now deployed as frontliners to include those that were recently deployed in Cebu as part of the AFP Medical Team. This recruitment for Multimedia Professionals will support the Army's need to improve Public Relations and develop communication campaigns.
