CMOR renews ISO Certification, MSAB members recognized

The Civil-Military Operations Regiment (CMOR) recently renewed the unit’s ISO 9001:2015 certification during the conduct of external audit last November 20. The ISO 9001 certification refers to the international standard for an organization’s systems and processes. The Regiment has been awarded the certification for the last three (3) years, signifying the unit’s commitment to excellence in serving the Filipino People. Assisting the Regiment in the process of pursuing the ISO certification this time around was the support from the unit’s Multi-Sector Advisory Board (MSAB) members. Ms Ruth C Simbulan, a long-time unit advisor on the matter, again provided her assistance and expertise while Ms. Imee T Grageda and Ms Cashmir G Pangandaman also pitched in their support for the endeavour. Their advices and training were crucial for the Regiment in bagging the certification for the year.

As a modest way of showing appreciation for their support for the unit, the Regiment honored them in a simple recognition ceremony held at Jarque Hall, Regiment Headquarters last December 10, 2020. In his welcome remarks, COL ARVIN R LAGAMON, Regiment Commander expressed his profound appreciation for their unconditional support for the Regiment and hopes that this should inspire the unit’s personnel in the performance of their respective duties and responsibilities. Ms Simbulan and Ms Grageda were later awarded plaques of appreciation and the Warrior Communicator with MLX6 memento. In response, Ms Simbulan expressed her appreciation for the simple gesture from the Regiment, emphasizing that she is especially grateful for the experiences she learned from the unit. On her part, Ms Grageda congratulated the Regiment for another milestone and called on the unit to move forward and attain more.
